Portal Manager > Creating an article list
To create a article list open up the portal manager on the fold-out menu on the right.

The Portal Manager will now open. The example below has a few other lists of the live Help sites, please ignore those.
To add your new list, please click on Add Article List.

Add the name of the list in and click okay. The Manager will be refreshed and the new list will appear on the left.

Now select the list, the message like the one below will appear. This is only to notify you that there has been no settings set on that list. Click okay.

Now Select the list in the left and click on "Article List Properties".

You will see there are three options to choose from. The "Automatic List", the "Manual List" and the "Related List"

The Automatic List pulls in all the articles from the entire Portal Manager. Sorting from latest to oldest.
You can set the limit on the amount of articles to be displayed in the "Limit To" field.
To add paging to the bottom of your article list, place a numerical limit in the "Page Size" field.
Adding a value to the "Exclude from top" will remove the number of article according to the used value, from the list.
Filter Category gives a way to sort the Automatic List. You create the category when making the article and apply it to this list to make the list display those who have correct value added.
The Start and End Date values serve as way to make the list go live at a certain time and go offline at another date.

You can set the limit on the amount of articles to be displayed in the "Limit To" field.
To add paging to the bottom of your article list, place a numerical limit in the "Page Size" field.
To apply the list to an article, you will see when adding an article.
